The Greenville Housing Fund and the Sterling Land Trust broke ground on the $3.3 million project Nov. 5, and it's expected to take 14 to 16 months. The homes target people earning 60% to 80% of area median income. The corner once held a brick spot called the Huddle, known to Sterling High students for grilled-cheese sandwiches and cherry cola floats.
